What personal data do we process?

In the context of the evaluation of your application, we collect and further process the following personal data of yours:

  • Identification information, such as: name, nationality
  • Contact details, such as: e-mail address, mobile and/or landline phone number
  • Information included in your CV
  • Other information about you, as it may arise from your cover letter
  • Evaluation of your suitability for working with us in relation to the subject-matter to which your application corresponds

 

For what purposes do we process personal data?

In view of the potential conclusion of a work contract with you, we collect from you and further process the above personal data, which are absolutely necessary for the purpose of recording and evaluating your application. It is our priority to carefully select the people who are going to work with us, on merit-based criteria and to ensure that they have all the appropriate educational and professional qualifications.

In case we need to process your personal data for any purpose other than the above, we will inform you appropriately and in advance and ask for your consent, if required.

With whom do we share your personal data?

Your personal data are collected and further processed by our responsible and authorized personnel. Your personal data may be disclosed to our website operator, online forms providers and relevant suppliers who provide us with services related to the collection and further processing of your application and which are bound to comply with all necessary technical and organizational measures for the protection of your personal data.

In addition, your data may be processed by partnering cloud storage companies, such as Microsoft. In the context of these companies’ operation, your data may be transferred to third countries. In such cases, your data will be transferred in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation articles 46, 47, or 49(1), especially, Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long is your personal data retained?

The data provided with your expression of interest, collected for the purpose of evaluating your application, as well as the respective results of the evaluation, are kept by us for as long as required to fill a specific job vacancy and, in any case, for one (1) year following collection thereof, unless you inform us in the meantime that you wish to delete them.

What are your rights?

In any case, we would like to inform you that, in accordance with the applicable legislation and in the context of your application, you have and can exercise the following rights:

  • the right to access your personal data, as well as to receive information about their processing
  • the right to rectification of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • the right to restrict the processing of your personal data
  • the right to data portability, including having your data directly transferred to another controller or receiving them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (e.g. USB)
  • the right to object to the processing of your personal data
  • the right to withdraw any consent you have given, at any time and free of charge.

You may exercise any of the above rights by submitting a request to us. You can expect a response to such a request within one (1) month following reception thereof and, in any case, within two (2) additional months, if this is required due to the complexity of your request or the total number of requests received.
